For me, working with Kim and the BWOM team has been a dream. When I tell my
speech language pathologist friends about my job, the response is usually, “I’m so
jealous.” They are probably jealous of my flexible schedule, low caseload,
competitive salary and benefits, supportive co-workers, autonomy at my work sites,
the opportunity to choose where I work, low stress levels, and a school year
schedule! I have been exposed to a variety of student populations and school
settings through our work with the charter schools and have learned so much
