By Word of Mouth, Ltd (BWOM) is a small
speech-language pathology clinic which brings services to
your facility.
With increased classroom sizes, increased speech pathology caseloads, cuts in our state and federal special education funding, it is no wonder why parents are asking for something different.

BWOM is different. It is different for our staff and for the children we service. Our staff is allowed to plan their own schedules to best fit their student's needs and for their own work/family lives. Our therapists are happy, and healthier than other professionals, because they are free to work independently.

BWOM students are rarely seen in groups larger than 2 students at a time. This allows for increased opportunities to practice specific techniques. Session lengths are based on student needs not on the time therapists have available. Our therapists log their results after each session and even have time to communicate with the teacher. |
| BWOM therapists come right to your facility. Private school, preschool and
charter school students don't have to get on a bus midday to receive speech services at their local public school. Your facility can utilize our professionals as you see fit. We do orientation trainings, conduct IEP/Evaluation meetings, and help teachers adapt curriculum for their students. |
BWOM staff members are licensed and registered in the state of Minnesota as well as nationally with the American Speech Language Hearing Association. We participate in annual due process training, bilingual evaluation training, and meet as a staff quarterly to ensure we are applying new techniques and technology into our therapy sessions. |
